Access Changes Grace Crum Rollins Building ---- from September 8, 2009 to February 28, 2010
In order to construct a bridge between the Claudia Nance Rollins Building and the Grace Crum Rollins Building it will be necessary to close the Plaza Level Entrance to the Grace Crum Rollins Building for approximately 6 months.

During this time use the new entrance that is located on the plaza level near the School of Nursing. This entrance will be open Tuesday September 8, 2009. The existing plaza level entrance will close the week of September 14, 2009. This entrance is expected to reopen in January or February 2010.

Existing access cards will operate the new entrance.

Firelane Sidewalk Closure ---- from November 2, 2009 to November 28, 2009
On November 2nd the firelane sidewalk between Turman Hall and Freshman Hall 4 (under construction) will be partially closed for several weeks. Due to construction that will be progressing on the exterior of Freshman Hall 4, half of the sidewalk will be closed. As shown in the diagram, pedestrians will still have access to half of the sidewalk in front of Turman Hall.

Chilled water outage to selected rooms in Rollins Research Center ---- from November 20, 2009 to November 22, 2009
Beginning at 6:00 PM on Friday 11/20/09 chilled water to selected areas of the Rollins Research Center will be turned off so that the coils in Air Handler Unit # 3 can be replaced. Crews will be working around the clock on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so that the work will be completed and the chilled water restored to the affected areas by 10:00 PM on Sunday 11/22/09.

If your area will be affected by this outage, Victor Jackson should have already contacted you about the effect of this on your cold rooms or lab spaces.
