Road Closure
Sidewalk Closure Asbury Circle Near the Woodruff Library
It will be necessary to close a section of sidewalk on Asbury Circle to install valve boxes for two campus utility systems. The sidewalk is located at the south end of Asbury Circle at the intersection of Fishburne Drive. The sidewalk section on the Woodruff Library will be closed, so pedestrian should either cross over to the east side of Asbury Circle if they are heading to the Business School / Performing Arts or they can use the ADA ramp behind the sidewalk if they are heading to the Rich Building, Glenn Church or Fishburne Deck.
The work is expected to take no longer than 1 week.

Rollins School of Public Health Expansion Project
In preparation for the construction of the Rollins School of Public Health Expansion (Claudia Nance Building), the surface parking along Michael Street in front of the School of Nursing and the School of Public Health was permanently closed on Tuesday, May 27, 2008.
Please note that vehicular access to Michael St. Parking Deck through Rollins Way will be maintained until the construction of a new temporary road is completed on June 17th. Starting June 17th, access to Michael Street Parking Deck will be through the temporary road as shown on the attached map. Pedestrian access to Grace Crum Rollins School of Public Health (GCR) and access to the School of Nursing from Rollins Way and the Life Sciences corridor is redirected through the construction walkway. Road Closure
Dowman Drive Summer Disruptions
(see attachment)A number of construction projects are scheduled on Dowman Drive this summer. The above attachment link will access a map of these projects.
Beginning mid-May, Dowman Drive will be closed between the Atwood Chemistry Building and Math and Science Building for the installation of a new steam line. This portion of Dowman Drive will reopen by mid-June.
New windows will be installed in the Administration Building starting mid-June. Staging for this work will occur between the Administration Building and White hall.
On July 7th, the Boisfeuillet Jones Visitor Parking Lot will be permanently closed for construction of the new Oxford Road Building. Visitor and accessible parking will be rerouted.
Dowman Drive entrance improvements have begun. The road will be repositioned to its original configuration through the historic gate, and the improvements will include an upgrade to the existing water line. Work will continue into October. One lane of Dowman Drive will remain open until the new entrance is complete.
