Physician's Deck Maintenance
Road Closure
The Emory Physician's Parking Deck (Tower Deck) is scheduled for maintenance activities beginning December 17th, 2012. The deck will remain open during construction and signs will be posted to guide users to available parking at all times.
Activities have been scheduled off-hours to prevent inconvenience to parking deck users, and phased to minimize the number of spaces taken off line at one time. As such, the project will take approximately 9 months, completing September 2013.
Maintenance activities include:
-Removing rust, repairing and painting the steel structure -Routing, sealing and patching of cracked and crumbling concrete drive -Sealing the concrete surfaces with a water-proof elastomeric coating to prevent future water intrusion -General repairs to expansion joints, guard rails and fencing, stairs and drains -Replace ground level asphalt -Improvements to lighting, signage and way-finding

Depot (Zaya at Dooley's Den) parking lot closed May 14 through May 21
Road Closure
Campus Services/PD&C will pave the Depot Parking lot (serving Dooley's Den at The Depot) after Commencement; from May 14th to May 21st. During this time the lot will be closed to all traffic, including deliveries.

Fire Water Outage: White Hall, Cannon Chapel, Language Arts
Utility Disruption
A fire water outage is scheduled for May 23rd to relocate the existing fire hydrant that was in front of Bishops Hall. This will be approximately an eight hour outage beginning at 7:00 am and will affect White Hall, Cannon Chapel and the Language Arts Building. The contractor will provide a fire watch for the above mentioned buildings until the line is reactivated.

Beginning Tuesday, September 4th, and until further notice, the sidewalk in the area indicated on the map along the South side of Eagle row will become part of the Freshman Phase V construction site. Pedestrians are advised to use alternates around the site.
